Graphic Design AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Typeface selection, layout, color, space—all these elements can make or break a successful project. We offer consulting and implementation of graphic design for all your projects: artist books, posters, business cards, calendars, and more. Additionally, we can offer complete consultation and management for any and all projects. Framing, color correction, installation, printing—we can arrange for services in most fine art and design contexts.

Over the years we saved many projects from the dangers of “good enough” design. Please lean on us to get the most out of your projects.

From those images we published a broadside (pictured) and several individual prints (for more see here.) Layout, custom typography, concept and print wrangling by Electric Works.

A hand-drawn tree diagram showing various music genres and subgenres as branches and roots. The roots include genres like swing, rock, trance, reggaeton, alternative, anti-folk, emo, pop, garage, hip-hop, country, and dark. The branches include genres and terms like spoony, no-vibe, kaustik, classic E, death hop, lo-drop, stunk, conservative funk, freestyle, acid gospel, butter, hard cheeze, and wack.

Arboretum by David Byrne interior print design. For this project we were asked by Byrne to create custom ink curves to make the printing of the graphite drawings appear as close to the originals as possible. We created two custom curves, one for gray and one for a metallic silver ink to help recreate the look of the original drawings in a commercially-printed book.
