More hilarity from Mr. Madonna. Text of this print reads:
"My stomach had started to hurt. Obviously from the cupcake. Why did I eat that? I know better than to eat anything from the supermarket bakery. How did it even get into the kitchen? We never buy those things. And where were the rest of them? They only come by the half dozen, minimum, and yet there had been only one, sitting there alone on the counter, looking not like food, but like a plastic toy version of a cupcake. Annie walked in and looked around. "Where'd that cupcake go?" She asked and I burped up a liitle stomach acid. "What are you looking for?" I said, doing my best to swallow the burning fluid and look innocent. "The goddamn dog keeps spitting up the medicine," she said, scanning the counter, hands on her hips, "So Nelle gave me one of those horrible cupcakes from the grocery store and I stuck a week's worth of the little furball's pills in it." This weird shiver ran up my spine and my peripheral vision started vibrating. "That would be hilarious if the little shit actually jumped up here and stole it." Then she left, going from room to room calling after him. "Godammit Alfred!" she yelled. "Serves you right." "Yeah, Alfred," I said to an empty room, "serves you right." Then the edges of the kitchen started curling up around me so I stumbled into the living room and laid down on the couch. Alfred emerged from behind a plant and crawled up and nuzzled in beside me. I could faintly hear a neighbor playing old Led Zeppelin albums and I don't know how much time passed, but Alfred and I just laid there, listening to the music, staring out the window, until eventually dawn came."
